sonic tonic

A Pigeon Projects event

Join us as we turn PS³ into a listening room, with sonic provisions curated by @the_shrub

Brandon LaBelle describes listening as a way “that humans may attune, or find points of acknowledgement. From the deep to the shallow, the near to the far, the microbial to the cosmic, listening is what inclines towards a radical form of openness… Listening is not so much something I do, or not do, it is neither active or passive… Listening is an oscillation, an endless encounter.”

Come experience the joy of sound in a communal shared space. Listen to the music, your internal thoughts, or the street outside.

Paper, pens and materials will be provided if artistic response feels like something you want to do ⭐️ Snacks and drinks will also be provided 🧃

PS² is supported by The National Lottery through Arts Council of Northern IrelandBelfast City Council's Artists' Studio and Makerspace Organisational Grant, Arts & Business NI's Blueprint Investment Grant, and Dormant Assets NI through The National Lottery Community Fund.
